WHO WE ARE
Racers - Veterans - Coaches - Adenturers - Friends
At our hearts, we are adventure racers. We love racing, the community, and the process of who we become as we live a life challenging ourselves. Our purpose transcends event managment; we enable others to challenge themselves, increase their self-effciacy, and grow.

Nick Hurff MS, CSCS
My love of the sport remains sharp: I race all over the world in multi-day expedition races, multiple ARWS World Championship appearances, and a recent top 25 finish in the 2025 ARWS World Championship in Canada. These international racing experiences shape my perspective and influence my craft.
I've serve as a race director, building events trusted by the community and the governing bodies of the sport. I've been honored to be a regional race director for ARWS and USARA for several years. Currently, I serve as the Southeast Regional Coordinator for USARA and assist with working groups.
And as a host of the Adventure Race Training Podcast (ART) and a profesional endurance coach (where I have coached four World Records), I apply a professional, performance-focused lens to every event.
Additionally, my dedication to uncompromising safety and meticulous planning is deeply rooted in my prior service: eight years as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer and Army Ranger, which included special operations in Afghanistan. This background allows me to focus on providing you a well executed, authentically world-class adventure race that is challenging, safe, and unforgettable with racer experience and safety at the forefront of our design.
